Alice Bartoli was born in Rome in 1978 and graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Rome 3 after a one-year experience in Madrid where she collaborated with some architecture firms. From 2000-2002 she collaborates with the Stalker collective for the animation of the projects implemented in the Campo Boario in Rome, as a facilitator in mediation with the resident communities (local / Roma / Kurdish) and as a designer. In 2005 she was awarded by the jury in the “ortus orti” call for a garden in the Certosa di Padula. 2002-2004 collaborates in the collective Nomad Observatory in the projects of the Eco Museum of Cursi in Salento, in ON / Corviale and in the numerous projects with the Roma communities of Rome (ON / Rome). Since 2004 he has been an active member of the lan, as a tutor and as a lecturer in the academic program, as a designer and architect in various collaborations. 2007-2009 with lan participates in the European Roma Mapping project (EU-RoMa – EACEA 2007-13) on the living conditions of the Roma in Europe, follows their research, takes care of some of the exhibitions, exhibits in panels and seminars at the Council of Europe, to the European Commission. Since 2010 he works as interior designer in various renovation projects in Naples. In 2013 he founded the association LADU (Urban Tasting Laboratory) for the regeneration of urban greenery (Vivaio Calvanese).
Alice Bartoli nasce a Roma nel 1978, si laurea alla Facoltà di Architettura dell’Università di Roma 3 dopo un’esperienza di un anno a Madrid dove collabora con alcuni studi di architettura. Dal 2000-2002 collabora con il collettivo Stalker per l’animazione dei progetti implementati nel Campo Boario a Roma, come facilitatrice nella mediazione con le comunità residenti (locali/rom/curda) e come progettista. Nel 2005 viene premiata dalla giuria nel bando “ortus orti” per un giardino nella Certosa di Padula. 2002-2004 collabora nel collettivo Osservatorio Nomade nei progetti dell’Eco Museo di Cursi nel Salento, in ON/Corviale e nei numerosi progetti con le comunità rom di Roma (ON/Roma). Dal 2004 è membro attivo del lan, come tutor e come lecturer nel programma accademico, come progettista ed architetto nelle varie collaborazioni. 2007-2009 con lan partecipa al progetto European Roma Mapping (EU-RoMa – EACEA 2007-13) sulle condizioni abitative dei rom in Europa, ne segue la ricerca, cura alcune delle mostre, espone in panels e seminari al Consiglio d’Europa, alla Commissione Europea. Dal 2010 lavora come interior designer in vari progetti di ristrutturazione a Napoli. Nel 2013 fonda l’associazione LADU (Laboratorio di Degustazione Urbana) per la rigenerazione del verde cittadino (Vivaio Calvanese).
